I got my 4.56s and im getting everything ready to install. my question is did u guys put a larger dif cover on the rear when u put ur gears in?

I think you would be fine running the stock one. There just nice toys.

Look up purple cranium differential covers. They're the best ones I've seen. at least for the 9.25

you dont NEED a larger one, but aftermarkets do look good

i changed my stocker with a nice chrome one off ebay...also came with install gaskets...

i got a deal for my rear diff cover. its a mag-hytec. got it from a buddy that never put it on his truck for half price.....they are over priced. i really do like the magnet dipstick though....it sure is nice to know that most of the metal shavings will stick onto that dipstick rather than screwing up my auburn positrac

No, no additional fluid needed. You can have the same magnet that the mag-tech has for a few bucks at a hardware store.

stock one on mine....the chrome ones are usually flimsy and rust fast...
