The 14x3 hoses my bottom end too, I'm back to the stock box and a K&N drop in also.

I failed to mention that I am running a zeuss M1 if that means anything. I have enough bottom end to have shattered my 1" lifting blocks.

I would like to get rid of the stock system, but currently i am unemployed and can only afford the necessities; Christmas is coming soon though. anyway..

I replaced the gasket successfully, and everything is going good!
Thanks again for everyone's help.

im running a cheap stp filter and i got plenty of power. i think its a waste to get a 230 dollar system (from what ive searched) that wont do all that much. and yes i will be getting the k&n drop in. its the easiest way, and with the k&n drop in, your getting probably the same performance as a intake kit IMO

I've had most intake set ups and I find the stock set up with a k&n drop in filter works the best and not to bad at $40 bucks a pop. The only problem I have with the factory set up is it looks stupid, but it works. I also found 4 dead mice in my air box when I droped in my new filter...the PO had it sitting in storage for a year, guess an airbox makes a nice home.
