Sorry I've been away for so long... but it's been crazy here in my world... Anyway, I wanted to share this with you... I did in fact get another truck... BUT

#1: It's not a second gen Dodge... sigh.... I just aint got the money for one thats decent right now... Hopefully one day....

#2: It's not even a MOPAR... sigh... It's an 85 Chevy S10..

I know I know.... I dont wanna hear it.... But, it was only $700 and it's in great shape... and runs good... and it was only $700

I wrecked an S-10 once, that little vortec V6 it had would get up and go.

Looks good though, I don't remember though, what exactly happened to the Dodge?

I'll summarize, Dec 2008, I buy a 2000 Dodge Ram, leave lot, drive to hardware store, make it halfway home, and engine and transmission blows.

January 2009, I get truck to mechanic, and lose my job in same week.

April 2009, truck still not running right, with used motor and tranny in it. Finally tell mechanic to give me truck back.

April 2009, wife's car gets totalled, by woman textmessaging and not realizing that everyone is stopped at a redlight in front of her.

Traded truck in for new car for wife. salesman pulls truck around for impound lot to pick up, and truck drops into gear, shoots across the lot, and plows into guardshack and is totaled..

yeah, I know Purple has an S10, so I know he's gunna love this... hehe.. yeah the body is excellent... it looks like new underneath too... I was impressed... The exhaust was shot, so I put new muffler on last night, I need a few more pieces of pipe, though to make it out from under the bd, but for now, it's on there... The muffler fell off on the wato work the other day, so it was layin in the bed, and the truck ran horrible without it.. needs that back pressure... Anyway, it's nice to be in a truck again... Dam thing has that little 2.5 4 banger though, and it has the roller lifters, makes a crapload of noise... haha
