Default low speed front end vibration

I have 1997 ram 2500 4x4 with 209,xxx on it. I have recently developed a vibration between 10-20 m.p.h. i shook down the front, its tight, i also just recently did front pads, rotors, and axle joints. The axle joints are tight, and the drive shaft u-joints are tight. To add to this, i was getting the vibration with my old rims and tires, and i coincidentally put new rims and tires on it about 2 days ago, and i still have the vibration, so i am going to rule that out too. Any advice on this about what could be causing this would be much appreciated.
Thanks, Brian

wheel bearing? bad universal clump of mud stuck to driveshaft or dent throwing it out of balance? have you checked the front suspension components to see if anything is loose when you jiggle it?
is the vibration in the steering wheel or the seat/truck?

could it be the tires are off balance, and possibly a bent rim? (i know you said you just got new rims, but its possible)

Does it only happen at slow speeds? That seems like it would be the tires mine do it when I'm breaking a little bit.

Or it could be a bad axle bearing, or a clump of mud you missed when cleaning, or a few other things, but those all tend to act up at higher speeds it seems.

Default solution?

i have a similiar problem and just replaced front brakes and rotors and still have a nasty little intermittent vibration that seems to start after i've been doin relatively high speeds and then slow down,,like getting off the expressway. Does is sound like an axle joint or bearing. I've also got a leaking break line to add to the problem and am getting all kinds of advice from the local shops including replacing the new pads and rotors i just had installed. Thanx for the input.

Check tire pressures first, it that's ok, rotate the tires. See if the vibration moves as well.
