I like to use brake fluid and let it soak over night on my car!! J/K I agree with the rubbing compound or even some lacquer thinner it shouldnt hurt ur paint as long as you dont wipe in one spot for 2 hours and it should be quick to remove the splatter if its semi fresh. Thats what ive used in my past experience with fresh stripes
i forgot to mention, brake cleaner does an excellent job of getting crap off too, used it on my truck with no negative effects, cant promise anything tho
if it just splattered it will come off easy with polish or rubbing.
just be sure to wipe fast and hard and follow with a clean damp rag to get it off
the longer you wait the harder it is to get off
