Paint removal
I recently followed a line striping crew and made the mistake of getting into the fresh white line paint. Consequently I now have a LOT of splatter under my truck as well as on my step bars and the side of my truck. I am sure that this happens all the time but am not sure what works best to remove it. Any suggestions? Thanks

any chamical u use to take off the splattered paint, is going to affect the paint on your truck. Your going to have to get areas repainted, theres not vey many options in this matter.
Go to your deler and get the paint code and have them order you paint. i got 3 5oz cans of paint for my truck, its the exact color, and for all 3 it was 27 bucks. spray it on, then clearcoat, you wont know the difference/

if its just splattered paint it will come off easy with cleaner wax/polish or rubbing compound. ....if its cured good or a larger amount paint thinner mineral spirits or lastly acatone....just be sure to wipe fast and hard and follow with a clean damp rag to get it off so it doesnt sit on ther finish (same way you would remove vandelism or pfresh paint overspray..the longer you wait the harder it is to get off) your auto paint should be cured and stay put and be uneffected unless its a rattlecan job....then its tougher to get one off without hurting the other.
