1999 5.9 Transmission problem

1999 5.9 Transmission problem
So I took my truck to the dealership after paying the 107.85 to tell me what wrong with it they told me that the transmission is done.
earlier I posted that my truck was having shifting problems. At first it was the Governor Solenoid.
after the solenoid was changed it ran fine, until it developed this problem that it would not shift into second until reaching 4-5k in RPMs
So the Dodge Technician tell me that since it all Mechanical I need a complete rebuilt or swap it for a new transmission. So what should I do.
and where in Houston TX can I get a good deal on fixing my Ram.
Man I regret changing my transmission Filter.
