Default Should I have posi?

I have a 1997 ram 2500 4x4 with the dana 60. It is an SLT Larimne, and i heard all Larimne trucks have posi. I get a 1 wheel peel, but i also have 209,xxx miles on my truck. The numbers on the diff are 46292 2, 024 6, REV 0, 06 02 94. I was thinking if it was posi at one point, i could rebuild it and have psoi. If anyone has any input on this, i would appreciate it.
Thanks, brain

Mine is a 95 SLT Laramine 4x4. i have an open rear and front as well. but my rear end was changed to a 4.10 ratio. I have a feeling my old LSD destroyed my rear end, and he put in open 4.10's.

So you may have a rebuild rear end with an open diff.

If you have a posi...you must have a GM product. "Positraction" is a GM term, and I guess thats what you meant.
Twisted metal is correct, Limited slip, or trac-lok depending on who you read, was an option.

It's Laramie, and you're going to have a tough time in life if you can't even spell your own name correctly.

I feel like he's butchering my name at this point.

Oddly, the name has caught on outside of this forum...
