Lowest (numerically highest) gear made for the Chry 9.25 axle is 4.88 - go with it.
There is no 5.13.
This is what I have and even with 35" tires no issue with highway driving.
You don't need new carrier on the front - just a thick gear.
I just did the change myself about a year ago.
All the parts I got from Randy's Ring and Pinion.
I had to fabricate some tools and buy few new ones.
It was a good project.
