Angry ceramic sensor problems

I HAVE A 01 DODGE RAM 1500 and the sensor im talkin about is the one that controls the a/c heater blower motor on settins 1,2 and 3 but not 4 and it only work on 4 but i have already replaced it more than once and it seems really weak is there any way o by pass it

Maybe the motor itself is going bad?

I had the same problem.Did the soldier on the relay break off?..I replaced it 3 times then I had to re-soldier it..
It turned out that my blower motor was bad and once I replaced it all was fine..
