99 1500, 5.9, 4x4, trans won't shift from 1-2 until about 4700 rpm, will shfit from 2-3 & 3-o/d fine. replaced governor pressure sensor about 8,000 miles ago filter gets changed every 30,000-35,000. speedometer won't show a speed until about 30 mph. it has been that way for 2 years now and the trans has been shifting just fine. will the speed sensor screw with the trans.?

these Rams have a rep for trannys going, if you make it to 150K on an original tranny, you're considered lucky....

174000 miles, i thought they redesigned the check ball/valve that was sticking in the 1st gen trucks
