I had the same problem with mine turned out being a misaligned pulley. According to Dodge I had a bolt loose on the PS pump when the belt was off everything was perfect. when the belt was installed the squeaking would start, drove me up the wall. I finally left the truck with Dodge they spend 2 days tracing the problem to a flipping bolt. since that time no squeak.

Had the same problem on a Chevy 350, ended up being the crank pulley.

I took the belt off to go and exchange it and checked all the pulleys and they seem to be in align, the guy at advance said that when I had the water pump replaced it could have been put on with out the shims, or something like that, i didn't know these water pumps had shims. well anyway the pulley for the water pump is wide enough for the belt to ride one way or the other. Put the belt on and the problem is gone for now.

there's no shims on the water pump. it just bolts on. the back side (smooth side) of the belt rides on the water pump pulley, so it just finds its own alignment place.
