Default Crazy Squeeling Problem

About 2 months ago I started to have squeeling from the engine capartment seemed to be worse when its wet outside. Anyway I replaced my belt tensioner right away. Same problem, replaced idler pulley, same problem, sprayed armour all on the belt while running and the squeel went away but then came back again later. Took all the new parts back to Advance Auto and put all the old parts back on and the idler and tensioner looked good, then bought a new cheap belt. Fixed the problem for about a month. Noticed the squeel again, right away took it off and exchanged it for a goodyear one. Same thing fixed the squeel for about a month and the other day during the light rain it started again and hasn't stoped. It's like a little anoying chirp that gets a little worse with more accelaration. I've herd belts that slip when reving that high pitched squeel that raises hell then quitens, this is not like that it's more of a chirp, but stops when belt is sprayed with something. What the hell ???

Armor all? I would think that would make it worse cuz its greasy. Id try some carb cleaner or something. Then take your belt off and wiggle your fan. If it moves, your water pump is shot. I'm having the same problem...

Isn't that the same as when you sprayed your belt down with WD40?

No, what I guess I meant to say is I sprayed all my pulleys with WD40, and cleaned the belt with carb cleaner. My bad...

Well, I'ts doing it all the time now, barely can hear it untill u give a little rpm's. Everything is dry. I tried the soap bar against the belt on the smooth side under some rpm's with the belt chirping and it didn't stop. I couldn't get to the underside of the belt without possibly cutting my hand off so I sprayed the first thing i got to in the shop and it was silicone spray and i sprayed it on the grooved side and it stoped immediatley. Untill tommorrow
