Default vacuum routing need help

I have a 2001 dodge 2500 with the 360 it spun a bearing and had to put a a 95 model motor in truck and have everything finished, but some of the vacuum routing is different. i need to find out how the map sensor is routed to after the sensor and my air cleaner vacuum is on the opposite side need pictures of the front of engine and the diver side. There is one less vacuum opening on the passenger side then my 2001. If anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated.
