I have a 2001 Ram with a 5.2 automatic trans and just the other day i tore up my transmission mount pretty bad. Within my area it's kind of hard to find a real specific part for my truck short of going to the dealership, but i rather not pay 250 dollars. The closest i've come to find on craigslist is a guy parting out his 2001 auto trans ram, but it has a 5.9. If i were to get his, would everything match up right?

 

? i went to the dealership and they said 50 bucks for the tranny mount cuz mine is bad too, im missing like half the rubber the mount it supposed to have.

i have a 95 1500 4x4 SLT Laramie 5.9L auto, and the mount is 50 bucks, 25 at AZ, but id rather not go cheap on it.

 

yeah i literally just came from the dealership and they said 248 exactly, most of my rubber is gone and the metal is bend to hell.

im not sure...check the autozone site and see i the have what your looking for...but as for the dealer, they are ripping you off, they told me 50 bucks straight up for the whole mount. but i have a good relationship with my dealer they know me by name and everything, and they've hooked me up a few times in the past.

 

the 5.2 and the 5.9 take the same transmission and transfer case so the mount will match up.
46re trans and 231d transfer case.
