i dont care...my boss is actually the one who said file a lawsuit (my boss is the boss for that store, not the company. and he hates the district manager.)
Theres nothing they can do anyways, Doctors orders, he says i cant go back till i go through physical therapy. They have an MRI showing my miniscus is torn. im lucky to still be able to walk but if i stand up for longer than 20 mins, my leg locks up. (kinda like an intense dead leg) so its basically 20 min on, 20 min off.
And I did make the 617 mile trip without problems. didnt even hop once. Im getting an Alternator monday for my g/f's maxima, then my truck is comming off the road until my whole front end is built up.
the cool part is that i filled it before i left (64 bucks) then i went 617 miles, and only had to put in 30 bucks on top of the 64, so 94 bucks and i made it 617 miles, and she still has gas (i think) but my gauge is messed up so i dont know.

QUOTE "2. im trying to figure my gas gauge out still, so my question is when using an ohm meter on the fuel pump (instead of dropping the tank)im going stick the ohm meter in the connector on top of pump. so the reads should be high ohms if its empty and low ohms when full right?"
"its stuck on full thats why i ask, it should be nearly empty, so i should be able to tell if its fuel pump related or not by doing this right?."
I think you are correct with ohm readings. Probably in the 120 ish range empty and 10-20 ish full. My gage stays at E, I had about 120 ohms empty and filled tank and still had about 120 ohms, thus I feel it is the sending unit.
Here are a couple off site links that maybe of some interest. Good Luck
