^ no possible way for it to get in the trans.
it either stays in the engine, leaks out on the ground or into the coolant, or burns up in the cylinder.
if oil leaks into coolant, then generally coolant also gets in oil, so the level might actually go up and look like chocolate milk.
i'm sure you know this, but allow a couple minutes after you shut it off for the oil to drain down, or else it reads a little lower than it actually is.
