360 building
hi,
New to forum looking for advice on my 95 5.9 modding...doing a teardown and replacing gaskets but also wanting to do intake manifold, headers, port/polish heads, cam, and tq converter. Mostly looking for good prices on parts and recommendations on everything. Also wondering about tuning after all this building...i'm guessing you wont be able to find a shop that can just plug into your ecu and change everything considering the age of the truck. Have fun boys thx.

welcome to df. good luck on your build. if you keep it stock a superchips tuner is the easiest. you probably already know this, but if you change the cam or injectors or the bore or stroke or you want to get really aggressive you should look into a SCT tuner. normal repair shops are not going to have custom tuning tools. you'll have to find a performance minded place. check into hemifever. he's the guru.
edit. i think he hangs out on DT and he's sort of low key, with no web site or high profile business.
lets see if this works or gets blocked.
