You need new tires and a locker up front.
Not sure if you have a 1500, 2500 or what but, you can get the 3/4 ton tie rod ends from Napa and bolt them right up to the 1500. You have to get all new pieces but, it beats the 1/2 ton setup for virt ually the same price.
