Default Rear Height Sensing Proportioning Valve

Greetings All-

98 Dodge 2500 4x4, experienced a brake line leak near gas tank on driver's side rear wheel. While replacing the line I removed the arm that attaches to the proportioning valve down to the axle to get better access to the line connectors (in and out) see pic. Not knowing exactly the purpose of this valve I turned the cam to see if it moved -- now after doing some research I realize the function of this. Is there anyway to recalibrate it so the cam is in the correct position?

I also see a TSB for this and wonder if I should consider it, however I do not typically do heavy loading or have a modified rear suspension.http://dodgeram.info/tsb/1998/05-04-98.htm

Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance
