Hope everyone had a good new years. Mine sucked. My truck just up and quit when I went to start it to go to work. First it started then it immediately quit like it wasn't getting fuel which is b.s. because I just had the fuel pump and filter replaced this past summer. Only thing I could think of that was keeping it from running is the IAC which I've read can screw things up and I've been meaning to replace it because of rough idle anyways. After it died it just wouldn't start after that. Had the battery tested and it was fine. Terminals were tight. Wires didn't look bad. Had a tune up in Feb. 09 so I should probably do that. Other than that I'm not sure why it wouldn't start. Now it's in the shop so god knows how much it's gonna cost. Kinda funny how my new years resolution was to save money and right out of the gate I've gotta pay repair bills. Irony's a b*tch. Have a happy 2010.

 

Sorry to hear that. Maybe your year's bad luck is just being used up right away. Now the rest of the year can be nothing, but FANTASTIC. *knock on wood* lol.
