Default rhs heads

so i used the search feature and looking on some input about the rhs X heads from hughes engines, wondering if anyone has them and how they are? Looking at these heads or the eddies

ive heard alot of good reviews on the edelbrock heads, havent really heard much on the hughes

eddies do cost more fully ported like 700 more so i was hoping to get the rhs heads and a sct tunes for the eddies price

Dont know of anyone thats tried those heads yet.

If your not going to be running boost, why not go with the Iron Ram heads(Eddys better for boost). Pretty sure they use to be called the HD heads (aka EQ's). Guys have got very good results with them na. Flow really well when ported (excellant intake side/ok exhaust side) and they are cheaper than the RHS/Indy heads with unknown results.

future am hoping for future boost, so i guess i will call hughes tomorrow and get some specs

I am supercharged and going with the EQ "MONSTER" heads. I am in the middle of the install now. The best price I found was from a place here in FL, Clerawater CylinderHead. Has the heavy springs and the 2.02 intake/1.62 exhaust, SS valves.

yeah i heard alot about the clearwater heads , give us some feedback when done "greenmashine" let us know how it goes

go with the iron ram prepped heads, and throw some beehive springs in there. That will keep your some low end torque. I've heard you give up that low grunt with the eddies, but the best option if you are aiming for high rpms.
