Um need a little info on your truck...Why are you considering upgrading gears assuming you got stock 3.55's. Otherwise IMO I would say 4.10's with 265/75/16 tires you would run about 1800-2200 rpms down the freeway and gain a little more torque off the line.

i have 4.10's with 265/75/16's, and on highway doin 70 shes at about 1850 RPMS, i get great mpg's considering its a Ram, excellnt combo with these two.

35's or higher ge 4.56's/4.88's

4.56 and 35's bring the truck pretty much back to stock. so id say maybe 1800-2100 rpms at 70

I have 4.56 and 35's. I run 2400rpm at 75mph. I rarely drive 75 though, most of the roads I drive are 50-60. They are a great gear in my opinion for 35" tires.

I was running 4.10 gears before, and when I changed to 4.56, I improved by about 1mpg. I get around 11-12.

If you change gears on these trucks do you need to have anything done with the computer?
