Default windshiel washer pump

My Ram 2500 windshield washer fluid pump doesnt seem to work. I thought it may be a fuse but don't know where that is. Can someone help me? And, if there are other diagnostic steps for me to take, could you please let me know?
Thanks.

Has it been in-op for a long time or just recently?

it could possibly be frozen i know thats stating the obvious but i live in GA and the last few days mine has barley worked because of the cold temps.

1st. Find the fuse, it's there.
When mine went out, I took a piece
of duck-tape & taped the multi-function switch
to the on position, (had nobody around to help).
With the key on, motor off, door closed, so you
won't hear the door open chime, I went to the
front of the truck and listened for the motor of
the pump, (by the washer-resevoir). I heard nothing.
19 bucks for a replacement at Auto-Zone.
Pull the resevoir, (it's on the bottom of the revevour tank). Unplug the elec-plug for the washer-motor,
wiggle the old one out, (just wiggle it as you pull back on it).
The new one should have a rubber replacement grommet with it.
Put a little WD-40 on the grommet to get it to slide in a little easier.
Your done,..
