Catalytic Converter replacement
IIRC, there was a general consensus at one time that O2 sensors should be replaced every 75,000 miles or so. There is also the "don't fix it if it ain't broken" theory. 
The converter I wouldn't touch until it clogs (its pretty obvious when it does) or the computer turns on a CEL to tell you its bad.

I did mine at about 70k if I recall correctly, but that's because Chrysler was offering to do it under the recall at that time. The Magnaflow highflow cat was a pretty good upgrade in my opinion. I could feel a difference at high RPM's.
If you do your cat, there is a good chance you'll have to replace the o2 at the same time. After close to 10 years and rust/mud/etc... on the exhaust pipes, they tend to not want to come out very good. You'll destroy it sufficiently enough that you'll need a new one.

where'd you get your 02 ? brand, part #, cost ?
where's the wire connector, up on top of the trans ?
does it run any better, better mpg ? or was it just a waste of time and money?

seems to run the same and still have crap mileage going by how much the gas needle has dropped for the amount of miles driven. seems like a waste of time and money so far.
the cat is next on my list since i got the plenum fixed. the plenum fix is the reason i wanted to change the o2 sensor to begin with.

Will the O2 sensor still work alright as I plan to put dual exhausts from the headers back along with dual cat converters. Will this mess up anything or affect my mpg since there will only be one O2 sensor in one cat.
Anybody done this.
thats not something i'd do, if the side that doesn't have the sensor starts running rich or lean, the computer wouldn't be able to adjust for it, instead, run an x-pipe before the cats and put the sensor there
