Default Wierd electrical issue

So it's gotten real real cold, -7 as the low and -1 as the hi. So I went to start my truck this morning and the ignition was hard to turn, but it started. However there was no blower, radio, turn signal, pwr windows and pwr locks. Also the brake and ABS lights came on. I checked all the fuses and they are all ok. So after letting it run I went and turned it off after it was warm and restarted it. Everything was working. Now 12 hours later I went to start it and all was fine.

Does anyone know what could have caused this?

About 6 hours. I figured it was the cold, but I haven't had this issue before, and it's been this cold for 2 weeks.

Probably a small amount of moisture somewhere, when you shut it off, then, it quickly froze.
