Default Wipers, horn,washer pump,cigerette lighter

All the above do not work on my truck. I have a 1996 laramie slt 4x4. Is it possible this could be the computer? I know the guy replaced the computer from a different truck into this one. I did check the column switch and wiper motor and pump motor and they are good, as well as the fuses. Any ides??

It's probably not the computer. Check the PDC fuses in the engine compartment.

when you check the fuses, also check for 12v on the hot side of the fuse.
see if you're getting power to the fuse block.

like half said, check the pdc the same way. you have fuses and relays there.
check the legs of the relay. the hot leg should have battery power all the time (i think) and the switched leg should have 12v when you turn on the device.

its unlikely its the computer. pdc is more concerned with running the engine than bothering with accessories. there is a second device that runs some of the accessories. its goes by different names, sometimes its the BDC, CTM, etc, but it typically controls more complex things like security, keyless entry, intermittent wipers, etc. this might be involved but i don't know enough about it to say. you'll have to trace your basic wiring first to see where it is you lose power and/or ground.
