im looking for a 1 peace headlight conversion that will run factory wiring

Try one piece headlight instead.

I bought one off ebay, but beware they are aftermarket and a bear to align right (issue I am still fighing.)

im just wonderin if there are any prefered brand. i havent been too inerested in the conversion but i just wrecked my front end and i figure now is as good a time as any

They are all made by the same group of aftermarket companies. Go with what you like the most. But beware, as others have stated, very few (if any) of the aftermarket units will put light on the road as well as a brand new set of properly aligned OEM style lamps.

im not too worried about the alignment all i have to do is find the brand i like the body shop is doing the work im just paying the diff from insurance. and i would assume they would adjust the lights before i get it back

Only if they can adjust them. Some aftermarkets don't come with adjustment screws like the OEMs.
