I got the billet ones also except i havent installed the bumper grills yet because Im not sure how to install them. There were no instructions.so you just cut out the fog light piece to make them work,no screws or anything?

im trying to remember how i did it now. for mine i had to remove the fogs, cut out the grey piece, screw some tabs onto factory locations and mount the billet to the tab, and reinstall the fog. if you got them off ebay id send them a email asking for instructions

Sorry to jump back to window tint but I'm looking to tint my front windows but I was wondering if that 20% is dark enough to keep the thieves off the shiny expensive stuff inside? I don't want to go too dark that it will effect my night driving but darker the better.

wow this is an old thread, but the 20% tint isnt enough to not see inside, but personally i dont think id want to darker because it would be a challenge to see at night, my boy has 5% all around on the jetta and its ridiculous.

It depends actually. If at night, then 20% would make it hard to see into at night. During the day? Not a chance.

I don't totally agree with the fact that 5% is ridiculous as I have it all the way around on my ram. Night driving takes some adjusting, but I'll happily deal with it so that I don't have to wear sunglasses on a cloudy day. (Severe light sensitivity) Even with 5% on the glass, you still wont black out 100% of what's going on, but I guarantee you'll do two things with it: 1. If a novice thief decides to break into your truck, they'll have a hard time without breaking the glass. 2. You'll make it harder for them to even see inside. If at night, they can forget it. Even with a flashlight it makes it almost too hard to see in. Trust me, I've been known to lock my keys in my truck more than once and have had to break into it.

Another thing you have to remember is that I don't log a lot of night miles and when I do, I'm in my own stomping grounds and not a new place. The pics below are of my truck with the 5% on.

The funny thing though is that when people hop in my truck that have never ridden in it, one of the first things they say is," It feels like a cave in here! LOL".

Looks good.

Getting mine tented soon.
5% stripe on the front window
10% on the driver door window and passenger window
5% on the back passenger windows and moon roof glass, and back glass

Think it will look good? Yeah, I think so.
