Your lucky thats the legal limit there in NJ.(hope you dont drive in new york often)... in new york 70% is the limit for driver and passenger windows....(window tint is rated in transparency percentage the lower the # the darker)
they give you a ticket and sometimes make you peel it off on the spot if they want to give you a hard time...

 

Any pics of your grille and bumper inserts? Also, is that a new rear bumper? I don't think I have ever seen a factory one in that good of condition...ever.

acually by law you cant have window tint on the front windows or windsheild in NJ, but the cops around here are all after the ricers

i got the truck last may and it had that bumper, the truck was kept pretty nice except for the dent on the drivers side of the bed so id assume its stock. heres a pic of the grill, i painted the honeycomb black first, and you have to cut out the grey pieces in the bumper for the bumper inserts

 

hmm my bumper inserts you didnt need to and I was just going by the three first coinciding results when I googled "legal tint level in NJ" I new it was 70% in ny for passenger and driver window and was curious.

my inserts were from ebay was like 110 shipping for all /stainless hollow tubing welded together...I did have to cut a couple small holes in the honeycomb (aftermarket replacement grill) to get everything to fit and line up)
