Welp... go figure. All said and done. it turned out to be nothing more than the tensioner itself..... Not the pully but the actually tensioner.....wow...

thanks for the help folks......

Gotta love forums that are there to help others....

UPDATE:

the Next day after the repair the wife drove the truck to work.. Got home and said "the truck is still squeeling"... Now im miffed....

Guess what it REALLY was.....??????

THE DANG BELT!!!!! Even though the belt had been replaced (twice) NEW from autozone/advance auto..... an OEM belt from the dealership fixed the problem,, How, why you may ask?? the OEM belt was at least two inches smaller than the ones i got from either adance or the zone..... Now how in the heck does that Happen...

any way,, so far so good (thus far)
