So exactly a month ago i changed my Plugs, Wires, Coil Pack, Cap and Rotor cause the truck was running rough. And it fixed the problem. Well yesterday i was driving home when all the sudden the truck started to run rough again. So i pulled the codes. Said i was miss firing in 3 different cylinders, so i cleared them and tried again but it would pop again but still ran rough. So i got some better plugs and changed the plugs out last night.

Seemed to run better but even after changing the plugs when i scanned it it still showed miss firing on a cylinder. So i dumped a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in the tank and filled up.

Now the part i don't get is it runs rough at ideal, But as soon as i hit the gas it doesn't stumble or lag, it just goes like it should. If im actually moving it doesn't seem like its miss firing at all but i soon as i stop and ideal it goes rough.

Any Ideas?
