It's alive!!!
It has the same set up as before. We had to cut it so we could remove the y pipe to install the wideband. We just stuck a double female on it and clamped it down. I believe it's 2.5" pipe. There is alittle size change at the cat but I've never worried about.
thats friggen awesome bluebeast....love the sound of that
i havent gotten an answer to this yet but, is the double roller timing chain better than stock? what differences were there?
Also your gauges are awesome IMO, was it expensive doing the LED conversion? tha blue light would look awesome in my truck, since its blue, the whole interior is blue, and i painted the dash bezels blue . I WANT THAT lol

Yes a double roller is better. I have no idea why though. I've always heard thats what people put on performance engines. You could go gear too. The gears can be noisy and I think there was some other things that made them a pain to switch to but I forget now.
Well I spent around 50 some dollars on superbrightleds.com. I bought the replacement twist locks as well which don't work. Not buying them would have saved me 8 something. Then the pack of wired ones from advance were like 10 bucks. So around 60 bucks. Depending on how you look at it you could consider it expensive. Like my mom said "just cause you wanted blue" its an unnessary expense.
Installing then is a bit of a pain in the ***

what do you mean i could go gear? you mean the gears where the chain rides?
Thats what he said, but you can't just bolt one in that I am aware of. As I recall, milidon does make a gear drive for the LA block... but also costs $370 from summit. Not worth it. Again as I recall from threads a long time ago... I can't remember if the cover still works. Even if it does, I do remember that you have to drill an extra hole in your block to mount it.
