my truck has front coils from an 05 cummins 3500 
brought me up 4.5 inches up front and for the rear i took out the stock 3 inch blocks and put a 6" block in with 35" tires. i get compliments on it EVERYWHERE i go. my whole like cost me barely a hundred dollars and it rides great...not stiff
