does it matter if the coil spacer is for a 2wd or 4wd .
sorry im askin alot of questions just want to get this figured out

From what I have learned shocks are only needed to decrease the blow of any bumps you hit (dont take my word for it). I dont know what the difference is with the 2WD but I would imagine that another 1/2in wouldn't hurt. I believe the only problem you would have is a worse riding quality.

On the other hand, this is a really good time to replace your shocks. I have a 99 and I put a 2" spacer on it. The shocks were pretty much rusting out. If I had planned for it I would have really saved myself a lot of time replacing them.
