Headache rack adding lights
Don't get LED reverse lights. Put a light under your bumper or in the rack somewhere. LED's are VERY bright straight on, but they don't radiate light like a standard bulb does, because the reflector is so small and focused. The field of distribution is far smaller.
TT's have been running LED Dust lights for a while now and everyone hates them because they are about as bright as a pair of tail lights. Not what you want when doing 60+ In the dark!

craigslist.... new ones run about $600 bucks I'm looking myself but found nothing I like..
waste of time and money to mount back-up lights on you back rack... maybe some work (flood) lights would be better... save your money for something else

I know it's been a while and this thread is really old.. but I'm going to be building a headache rack this winter along with a new center console for my new truck... trying to get some ideas on light placement... I no have a rear slider as well and don't want to block it...
