not a clue man like i sad i ask you guys cause i know very little bout engines...i can change the oil and tranny fluid and a few other things thts about it...if its a sticking lifter what do i do? if you guys dont mind (dont flame me for this) if you have an idea whats wrong could you tell me what i could do to fix it? or if i need a straight up new part.

Get somebody, that knows what they are doing to listen to it. You should be able to narrow it down, to which pulley it is.

im pretty sure that v6 vid i just found is the exact same thing idk but it sounds 100 percent the same so what you guys think?

that video sounds like maybe just a pulley? Or the tensioner pulley arm. Just throwin out ideas....It's definitely not the PCV valve though lol. If y'all would stop talkin maybe we could hear it better.

That guy sounds like someone here....

haha thats not my vid bro but i know its nothing involving my belts or pullies, just got new alternator and belt and alrdy had tensioner and **** replaced...its coming from in my engine=\...gimme some things to try out that would stop a sticking injector? or some simple stuff to see if it stops please=]

My Dad used STP oil treatment for years for lifter noise.

If it is a lifter, which it probably is, it will be intermittent.

Its not that big of a deal, i had a straight 6 4.0 in a cherokee and it made lifter noise on and off for 300k miles...

I would avoid additives, that JMO...

You posted 2 months ago that you have an internal engine noise at 2500 RPM and you race the truck. I would strongly suggest you have it diagnosed professionally or risk becoming a member of the Spun Bearing Club.
