What idiot comes up with this? How in the hell did anybody at an airport let you near the jet fuel?

I wanna know, did you think that you would be able to fly your truck like in Family Guy (and the truck in Family Guy even looked like a RAM!) . I hope that you didnt take the hose off while it was filling up a plane!

The airport where I live you can just go up to the office and tell them you want some fuel they say how much.

Jet fuel isn't a lot different than diesel. I have a friend who runs it in his diesel truck becuase he works at an airport. It doesn't have anymore stored energy than gasoline. The difference is that it will burn with low oxygen that you find in the upper reaches of the atmosphere. It doesn't compress very well which causes the problems. Do an internet search on diesel in gasoline engine and you will get an idea of what you have done. My uncle mistakenly put diesel in his truck years ago and it never ran right after it that. He replaced his gas tank, fuel lines, Carb (yes it was years ago), etc. I would guess that if your motor is ok that you would need to start on some serious fuel replacements.

The combustion temps of jet fuel are in the high 900*C
regular unleaded was around 580*C
that was what I had just googled anyway....It could be wrong
