Yes, it is about the other problems. That's the amazing point, rotating tires and increasing air pressure in two front tires corrected everything.

that much pressure in them might make them ride nice but it will likely wear them out in the center fast....

How many miles will they run and are they more dangerous at higher PSI?

Always go by sticker on the inside of the drivers door. The sidewall is the max PSI that the tires can run at. Anything more will cause premature tire wear.
