Default Dodge Ram Rims

I have a 1999 dodge ram rwd and i just bought a set of 20 factory chrome rims from an 2006 ram. The back 2 bolted perfectly on but the front are hitting the hub or something and wont slide on any comments? do i need a newer 2006 hub? or should i get the whole machined out to fit around the hub? these are the rims...

I think the center piece needs to be machined to fit the hub. There is a video on youtube that shows you how to englare it with a router.

Please don't use a router to do work that should be done on a mill. God please no.
