how about the ground wire or the headlight housing sometimes the wire will short and melt the housing and you wont have headlight

Thanks folks

the bulbs are new.
the plugs have just been replaced.
I cut the ground from the plug and ground it independly from the rest but still no change. Is there others I should check? I am getting voltage at the plug but only around 5 volts.

Thanks
