^You know, on a 2nd gen, those don't look bad at all. I always hated the 02-05 wheels, but look at the 06-10 wheels and see what you think.

I like my 5 spoke Aluminum wheels. Bright and shiny in when you have them cleaned up, and no pitting to deal with in the winter. Plus, it doesn't have that paddle like look to it.

Lol, I think most agree that the offroad rim is the best looking. I wanted to see some more aftermarket rims that you all like on our trucks, so I can get some ideas. Post a pic if you have one.

And thanks, yeah I found the rims on craigslist for a pretty decent deal so I couldn't pass it up. Then over the summer I threw a new set of tires on. Haha, anything is an upgrade when you start with these wheels

I actually like the "work edition" slots. With a beefier tire they do not look bad they look good black also.

i like the wheels i got on mine, i think they are stock off a 1st gen half-ton but im not sure. The only problem i have with them are that they have way to much backspacing and are causing my axles to bend, yes both the dana 44 and the 9.25, though the 44 is bending much faster cause of the knuckles.

I think the best 3 wheels that came on 2nd Gen 1500s were:
1. 96 Indy Ram/97-98 SS/T 17'' American Racing wheels
2. 00-01 17'' Off-Road edition wheels
3. 98-01 3-spoke polished wheels.

And I agree that the worst wheels were the 5-spoke 20'' wheels that came on 02-05 Rams. 06-08 or 09-10 20'' wheels are where it is at!
