I normally don't like stock rims, but I do kind of like the design that is on my truck. I think they are one of the better looking rim that Dodge made for the Ram. I like to change it up though. What rims do you guys think looks the best on a Gen 2 Ram?

+1 offroad rims, I would have loved to find a set of those :/ But I always have liked the tri-spokes/fins/ (whatevery you wanna call em) so thats what I ended up swapping to on my truck.

Honestly, if your looking for a cheap change... you might try looking in the lmc catalog. I believe for your wheel they make a chrome cover that fits over your entire wheel.

Yes, the off-road rims are one of my favorite stock designs also. I think these would look sick, at least on my truck. I like the "Murdered Out" look.

 

yeah I am not a huge fan of factory rims I like my truck standing apart but Off Road Rims would be my choice.

 

I really like the Tri-Spoke on your truck. It just looks great.

And thanks, yeah I found the rims on craigslist for a pretty decent deal so I couldn't pass it up. Then over the summer I threw a new set of tires on. Haha, anything is an upgrade when you start with these wheels

 

I dont like any of the 1st gen or 2nd gen ram rims, 3rd gen is where it's at

 

I'm gettin kinda sick of the tri spoke design. I'm keepin an eye out for some new rims and tires for the spring.

I like the off-road rims obviously, that's why i bought a set for mine. But i'm still in the market for some black rims. I can get the ProComps that Chadlow posted above for a really good price, and I almost bought them a week or two ago. But i'm not 100% sold on them. There's a few styles I like a little better.

I've never been a big fan of the 3 spoke saw blade wheels mentioned above, but they are not the worst stock wheel Dodge ever did in my opinion. The worst is the first version of the 20" that came out on the 3rd gens (the chrome ones like in this pic). Awful.
