Default Wipers not working

Not working in any position. Tested all fuses for continuity, tested good. I can hear the relay going on and off in the intermittent position. Pulled the cowl and got batt voltage on the red/yellow and brown/white wire IIRC and intermittent voltage on one wire (cant remember which one). Ground pin has contunuity with another ground.

Im guessing bad motor. Any thoughts anyone?

Linkage's look ok. Nothing appears damaged. I took the linkage assembly out, cleaned the connections and reconnected the harness and still no movement.

No sound at all from motor. The hood was replaced previously.

the hood wouldnt have to do with the wipers

you've checked all the grounds, and wiring and fuses?

if those check out, then its most likly the motor

on my 01 there's 4 wires to the wiper motor. i don't remember the colors, but one is 12v high speed, one is 12v low speed(and intermittent), one is the ground, and the other is the park circuit (it has 12v on either low or high speed).

if you have these voltages present and the motor doesn't turn, then you have a bad motor.

ok motor was bad. Hooked up new one and it worked.
Does it matter which postion the linkages are when reinstalling? I dont remember if the right side was at the 12 or 6 o'clock position. Im guessing it doesnt matter.
