if theyre not clearcoated, get some eagle1 etching wheel cleaner, its GREAT! just spray on and let sit, then hose off
from this.
to this. no scrubbing whatsoever

rain then air dry most of the time.
when the truck gets its annual bath i will wash the body then hit the rims with the same rag when the body is clean.

soapy water and a rag... but if I really want to get them to shine I use some Armorall wheel cleaner
