Default Vacuum Shift Motor

Hello Guys,

Was going through the machine I just bought, and the Vacuum Shift Motor was snapped off the the PO. Anybody know how hard it is to remove it when it's leveled and were a good place to get one would be?

Thanks,
Brandon

not too hard to remove, but use penetrating oil on the 4 little dinky bolts, as they tend to snap off.

i would NOT spend much money on a replacement vacuum CAD, as its a POS even when it works right. a new one is probably expensive, more than $100. you might get a cheap one at the junk yard and clean it up so it works.

what you might want to put in a posilok cable for under $200.

yes, just cap them off anywhere between t-case and cad. on a lot of trucks the lines are broken or kinked along the transmission cross member. mine were.
