Just wondering what the Deathflash is and if there is a way to check if i have it or not. Thanks for the info

In short, its Chrysler's "solution" to the broken plenum gasket issue.

Does the plenum gasket make a differance once it is fixed i did look at some info for it. Also was this deathflash something that they only did to certain years i have a 1999.

yes a big difference till you blow it again unless you go with the hughes kit or a diy plate.. its a 99 more then likly it has the flash.. look for a sticker onthe ecu or rad support saying it was serviced in 2000 or 2001...

Ok i looked and orderd the hughes kit what programer do you recommened to get rid of the flash.
