I don't think Magnums have adjustable valves.

Hydraulic lifters non (or self adjustable) depending on how you look at it ...

Wow, bit short on details here. Few variables here too.

Were the Eddys on the block prior with the same cam, pushrods & lifters?
Are your 1.7rr adjustable? HS come in both adjustable & non adj.
Did the machine shop tell you how much they had to take off to level the hds?

If the hds havent been on the block prior with the same valve train gear you will need to get an adjustable pushrod & adjust the height(Id start at7" even) & then set the lash/preload to see exactly how long the pushrods need to be. Could be anywhere from 6.90-7.10"
If they are non adjustable rockers, need to have the right length
If they were on prior & you have adjustables & they are HS, you just need to back off the 9/16 lock nut & back out the allan a fair bit & reset the lash/preload from scratch to be safe.

i have a 2000 durnango with a 5.9 it just had a cyl head removed for a broken exhaust bolt and it has had a skip since. i have changed the crank sensor, cam sensor and #2 injector because that is where the scanner pointed me (injector) I tried the others from a donor that runs fine so i took it to dodge and they told me my pcm was not firing the injectors properly so they changed the pcm ($900.00) now the injectors are firing right but it still has the skip. now they think it either has a vacuum leak,or improper valve lift.I've done a compression test and its got 135psi and also done a leak down test and its ok also now the scanner gives me a cyl 2 misfire code i was wondering if they might have different length pushrods and they might have them in wrong any advise would be great
