does you temp gauge register normal? about 180-200.
are both your heater hoses getting hot ? if not - backflush heater core both ways.

I had this happen to my 97 just a few weeks ago. I had the heater core flushed and now I have plenty of heat. I am glad of that because last night it got down to around 0 here in Michigan.

130 is way too cool. Mine runs about 200 give or take. My heater was not blowing hot and my mechanic flushed the heater core and now I have decent heat. It is not burning hot like my Toyota always was, but hot enough to keep the cab warm.

Never heard of anyone using purple ice in a truck, just in dirtbikes. Anyone know if that could be a prob?

Get a heater core flush as others have suggested. 130 is far too cold of a reading, either your thermo is faulty or your temp sending gauge needs replaced.
