Hey guys im pretty new here but im loving the site. My truck is a 99 2500 quad cab long bed 5.9 gas and dana 60's front and back with 3.55 gears. Last year i installed a 5" skyjacker lift and 35" pro comp extreme muds. And the truck is gutless now lol. So im changing gears and adding a rear locker as well as rebuilding most of the front end.
What im having problems with is finding out the axle spline count for the dana 60's lol. Im pretty sure the rear is a 30 spline, but i cant find anywhere on the net that gives a 100% answer if its 30 or 32 spline. I have new balljoints and front hubs sitting here waiting for spring to install everything and i wanna have the gears here and ready to go by then.
I'm going with 4.88 gears and a detroit for the rear. And i dont really wanna tear into the front end to figure out the spline count just to tear it all back apart in a few months to swap gears and install the new ball joings and hubs.
Any help is welcome....
thanks guys..... brad.

Im pretty sure the rear is 30 spline. But i found one website that says the front dana 60 changed from 30 spline inners to 32 spline in 1998 and my truck is a 99. Just wanna make sure so i dont end up getting the wrong carrier and tear apart the whole front end just to find out i got the wrong one lol.
